Randi Paris is a licensed Illinois realtor with Weichert, Realtors® — Frankel & Giles, located in Chicago’s South Loop location. Randi has worked in Chicago real estate since 1980, and began her real estate career buying and selling HUD foreclosed homes. Her experience includes personally purchasing and rehabbing investment properties. Over the years, she’s negotiated extensively with contractors and suppliers, preparing units for section 8-tenant occupancy.

She has conducted first time home buyer and foreclosure seminars detailing the process of purchasing HUD foreclosures. She has worked intimately with buyers, sellers and lenders in getting the deal closed. Randi has extensive knowledge and experience in foreclosures and short sales.

Trained at the Appraisal Institute, she worked as an independent residential appraiser for nearly ten years. The knowledge gained while establishing market value for single family and small residential properties (2-4 units) ensures a professional comparative market analysis. She understands the difference between determining value and surveying market activity.

Real estate and studies of the impact of housing on community development, has been a lifelong passion. She’s worked with community development organizations assisting in procuring and developing multi unit properties.

Mrs. Paris is a grandmother of a teen, a ‘tween’ and a 4 year old. Her son is an Electrical Engineer. She and her husband reside in the near south Bronzeville area.

From 2000 through 2006, Mrs. Paris was President and CEO of ASI Staffing Service, Inc., a family owned staffing service with over $3 million annual sales. She used her skills as a real estate entrepreneur to seek and secure government contracts through the RFP process.
