Without speaking to the developer one could only guess. Maybe the sales price was too low and the bank would not approve the sale, maybe there was a building issue that could not be resolved in time for the buyer to close (assuming there was a drop dead date that the seller had to close by), and the list goes on. Please note that what was just written are possibilities - no one associated with this blog has spoken with the developer and/or the sales team at this property.
